What started as a small caretaker referral desk in Pune has grown into a pan-India verification and matching network spanning 100+ cities.

We are not a staffing agency and we do not employ caregivers directly. Instead, we operate as a neutral matching platform: caregivers register, get background-verified, and set their own rates; families register their care requirement and get matched with a verified provider near them. Payment for actual care services is negotiated and settled directly between the family and the caregiver — Health24 India charges only a one-time platform and verification fee on both sides.
