Customers: Booking a service is free — there is no platform fee charged to families, so there is nothing to refund on the booking itself.

Providers: The ₹2,000 background verification and joining fee is non-refundable once verification has started, as it covers actual document-checking costs. If your application is rejected before verification begins, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original UPI payment source within 5–7 business days.
