No — submitting a booking request is completely free for families. Providers pay a one-time registration fee to join the platform; families are never charged a platform fee to book.

Most families are matched within 2 hours for urgent requests, and within 24 hours for standard requests, depending on provider availability in your city.

We currently operate in 100+ cities across India including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata, with new cities added regularly.

Every provider uploads an agency registration certificate at registration. Our team reviews that certificate and checks that it matches the provider or agency name before the listing is marked active. We do not ask for Aadhaar or other personal identity documents.

The ₹19,999 provider registration fee covers 12 months of listing on Health24 India, review of your uploaded agency registration certificate, and lead matching by city and service type for the full validity period. Refund terms are described in our refund policy.

Providers negotiate and collect their service fee directly from the family. Health24 India only charges the one-time platform fee, and is not involved in ongoing salary payments.
