Platform Role

Health24 India is a verification and matching platform. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any employment relationship between a customer and a provider. All service terms, salary, and working hours are agreed upon directly between the two parties.

Fees

The ₹4,999/year platform registration fee charged to providers covers verification, matching services, and 1 year of full access to leads. It does not cover the cost of caregiving services themselves. Booking a service as a customer is free of charge.

Provider Conduct

Providers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and honestly represent their qualifications. Health24 India reserves the right to deactivate any provider found to have submitted false information.

Limitation of Liability

While we verify identity and background documents, Health24 India cannot guarantee the ongoing conduct or performance of any provider once matched, and is not liable for disputes arising from the care arrangement itself.
