Most families are matched within 2 hours for urgent requests, and within 24 hours for standard requests, depending on provider availability in your city.

We currently operate in 100+ cities across India including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata, with new cities added regularly.

Every provider goes through Aadhaar identity verification, a police background check, and a review of relevant healthcare certificates or nursing licenses before being listed as active.

The provider's ₹4,999/year fee covers identity and background verification, AI-assisted lead matching by city and service type, and lifetime access to patient leads on the platform.

Providers negotiate and collect their service fee directly from the family. Health24 India only charges the one-time platform fee, and is not involved in ongoing salary payments.
