To complete your provider registration, please keep the following ready:

• Your agency registration certificate (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 3 MB)
• Your provider or agency name, mobile number and city
• The service category you want to be listed under, and a short description of the services you offer

We do not ask for your Aadhaar card, PAN card or any other personal identity document. We also do not ask for bank or account details at registration — those are collected only if you later submit a refund request. Uploaded certificates are stored privately and are never published on this website.

You can upload your certificate as part of the provider registration form, before the ₹19,999 registration payment.
