After you submit your registration, our verification team reviews the agency registration certificate you uploaded and checks that it matches the provider or agency name you registered with. We do not ask for your Aadhaar card or other personal identity documents.

You will see one of the following statuses on your dashboard:

• Pending Documents — we're waiting for one or more required documents
• Under Review — documents received, verification in progress
• Verified & Active — you can now be matched with open leads in your city
• Rejected — a document could not be verified; you may re-submit
