Step 2 — Credential Check

For nurses and physiotherapists, we verify your council registration or diploma certificate against the issuing body's records where possible.

Step 3 — Background Check

We conduct or request a police verification certificate to screen for any criminal history.

Step 4 — Activation

Once all checks pass, your profile is marked "Verified" and becomes visible to matched families in your city.
